With over a decade in the mental health field and leadership experience in both private practice and multi-provider organizations, Alex understands the operational pain points most providers weren’t trained to navigate. She’s built credentialing pipelines, policy infrastructure, and provider onboarding systems from the ground up—while still maintaining her own clinical caseload.
